A 2.40-metre-wide family bed, a sleeping and play loft for the children and a sofa bed for two: everyone has a place to settle in. Groups of 6 must include at least 2 children because of the sleeping loft and bunk bed.

Above the family bed is the children’s sleeping and play loft with mattresses, a bunk bed and Smart TV. The living area has a sofa bed, hanging chair and fold-down desk. The southwest-facing balcony looks towards the Danube valley.

What is provided?

Kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee maker, coffee, filters and tea.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and towel dryer.
Bed linen, towels, adult bathrobes and children’s towel ponchos.
Wifi, Smart TV, games, colouring books and toys.
Cot and high chair free of charge on request.
Free parking and a lift. Non-smoking apartment; no pets.

Important booking information

1–6 guests, maximum 4 adults. Groups of 6 must include at least 2 children.
Payment by invoice: 100 % within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
Check-in between 15:00 and 20:00. Keys are in a key safe; the code is provided before arrival.
Check-out by 10:00. Other times may be arranged with us.
Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival is free. For later cancellations, 100 % of the accommodation price is charged.
Tourist tax is charged separately per day of your stay: ages 16 and over €2.30; ages 6–15 €1.40; children aged 5 and under are exempt.
